Transparent: Why did you start IML? IML: We started Innovative Ministry Leader to offer cost effective information to Leaders worldwide. About four years ago we noticed that many leaders across the globe, could not afford to go to conferences and training events, due to high prices and travel costs. We wanted to make a platform that was accessible worldwide, and would connect leaders as one. IML was designed for leaders to gain insight from influential speakers around the world, to help strengthen their ministries.

T Culler Interview - Songwriting, Shield Ministries and a New EP - “End of the Day”

I had always wanted to help the homeless get off the street and find a good place to live. We both wanted to reach those that sometimes get overlooked, and I felt like if I had the place that wasn't being used, that it was part of God's plan for it to be given in this ministry. It was a perfect fit.

‘Jazz Master’ Drew Davidsen: 100% Work +100% Faith

Transparent: What advice would you have for someone else trying to get involved in music as a full time job... Specifically in the "Christian Music Industry". Drew: It's all about relationships and serving others. I see this every time I travel to Nashville. I learned this on IH, 100% work + 100% faith = 200% success! I see aspiring artists that have lots faith but do little or no work. I also see artists that work hard but have little or no faith. It takes both.

Catching Up With Nathan Clark George - New DVD in the Works!

Transparent: Nathan, you seem to be ‘living the dream.’ For the people that don’t know, describe your life, as you travel with your family and play music. NCG: Three years ago we decided to put all our things in storage, give up our apartment, buy a motorhome, and hit the road with our 5 children! It was a crazy time, to be sure, but we had no desire for my wife and children to be at home while I was on the road. We said many times that we would either do this together, or we would not try it at all. Since then I've played hundreds of concerts, and as a family we have seen amazing places and met so many wonderful people!
