Transparent: Why did you start IML? IML: We started Innovative Ministry Leader to offer cost effective information to Leaders worldwide. I had always wanted to help the homeless get off the street and find a good place to live. We both wanted to reach those that sometimes get overlooked, and I felt like if I had the place that wasn't being used, that it was part of God's plan for it to be given in this ministry. It was a perfect fit.

Transparent: Nathan, you seem to be ‘living the dream.’ For the people that don’t know, describe your life, as you travel with your family and play music. NCG: Three years ago we decided to put all our things in storage, give up our apartment, buy a motorhome, and hit the road with our 5 children! We said many times that we would either do this together, or we would not try it at all. Since then I've played hundreds of concerts, and as a family we have seen amazing places and met so many wonderful people!
