Sure in our words we say "Lord even if it impacts just one person, it is worth the sacrifice"... but we don't mean driving 1,000 miles for just ONE person to show up!...

I feel like God has that same love for us. I feel like He adores me the same way that I adore Cash. I feel like He traces His hand over the callouses in my heart to help calm me the same way I trace Cash’s cheeks to help her sleep. I feel like God designed you and I with every wrinkle, hair, fingernail, bone and imperfection just so He can grow to love us more for the skin we are in. I feel like He created our hearts that beat and offer this invisible force we call love to show a little more of Himself. I almost always post a music video here, however I just loved this clip of professional baseball player Johan Santana giving personalized handshakes to his teammates in the dugout.

Transparent: If this takes off, what do you plan to do with your profits? Kianna: I'm saving a 3rd of the money for more beads and stuff, and hope to make enough to eventually buy more valuable beads. Another 3rd I'm setting aside for the business, and the last 3rd I'm using as spending money. That makes up 90%, and the other 10% I give away. I want him to be fierce like a warrior in defending himself and others. I want him to pursue positive passions. (He certainly has the tenacity!) I want him to lean towards idealism and to ask questions when he doesn't understand something. I want him to question authority and tradition (even mine). I want him to be kind and show God’s love to others in his actions. I want him to make good decisions when faced with challenges. I want him to find joy in music and peace in Jesus.

I met Belinda Jane a few years ago at the Indieheaven sponsored Christian Music Conference, ”CIA Summit” in Franklin, Tennessee. Her quick smile and Georgia drawl immediately put me at ease. We recently discussed some new developments in her ministry and her life. Transparent: Tell me about this new phone calling campaign/ministry – ”A Call a [...]

A forewarning: I may offend you in the words to follow. There, now you can’t say I didn’t tell you. I’m going to talk about something that I feel a lot of people have made preconceived notions about. I’m going to do my best to approach this topic with as much love, patience, grace and faith as I expect from you.
