"But actually follow God’s plan"

Sometimes OUR plan isn't the same as God's plan. So be sure you're listening because He loves to share. ;-)

You're doing great Jason.

Sending prayers back your way! :-)

Thank you,

Thought provoking post. I am a recovering control freak and have the acid reflux to prove it! But the only times my life has been on track are the times when I'm in a state of surrender. Man that's tough to admit!

Good job for looking in the mirror, reflection in the swimming pool, or whatever. I know you are usually right, but it is good to humble yourself and listen to other views of what you can do better.

I guess with Logan, you can point a finger at him but then he would point a finger back at you. It is like father like son. He will model your behavior so that is what he was probably doing by doing his own little side projects in class. But sounds like he will start listening to his teachers and do what he is suppose to do in class like you are doing what you are suppose to do at your office.

Once again, "good stuff, man" and glad to read this.

I'm so proud of you for looking in the mirror, realizing what was going on, and not taking the road of least resistance!! I'm sure the payoff will be well worth it!

Thanks again for sharing your life to help others!
Blessings,
Callie

Stiff-necked? That sounds like a lot of folks I know ... yes, including myself. We are funny creatures, us humans.

And here's the really odd part: Most of us turn to God as THE LAST RESORT, when all else fails. We turn to God when He is the ONLY option remaining. How dumb is that?

My goal: To surrender to God in full view of a ton of other options, but knowing that He is the One, He is the Answer, and, most of all, His Way is the very best Way. God Bless, my friend. JRI
